4MAT instructional skill including the criteria you will require.
Since I do mostly corporate stuff or keynotes, I seldom use assesments like tests etc. My lectures are often from 75 min to half day. If it is a lectureplan for half-day I would use more "checkpoints"...
ReplyDeleteFor this curricula (Keys to success in life) I would use:
Q1: Listen and see the engagement and curiosity, the energy in the room Criteria: engagement, active contribution (subjective)
Q2: Here I would maybe use a Quiz (ie Kahoot) for them to answer and/or examing the discussions taking part. (Or let them write down and buddy correct). Criteria: least 90% right answers
Q3: Explanation of qoutes with connections to todays subject. Criteria: able to explain how qoute fit in the theme.
Q4: Listen to learnings and ideas for the future. Criteria: understood?
